Key Responsibilities

• Managing your own caseload of pre-proceedings and private family matters. This caseload consists of Divorce and financial settlement, Child arrangements, Domestic violence protection, non-confrontational dispute resolution, financial matters arising as a result of cohabitation breakdown, pre-and post-marital agreements, Cohabitation agreements, Care proceedings
