Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting for a Family Support Worker on behalf of Liverpool Council Children's services.

This position is based within the short breaks team which provides support to children and families with disabilities. The role is hybrid working with a mixture of home working, visits in the community with service users, and office-based work. As such, there is a requirement for the successful candidate to be a car driver as you will be providing face-to-face support to families where applicable.
