Responsibilities: Product Development & Sampling Follow through the full sample development process from initial design concepts to samples and finalised products Manage sample development timelines and delivery schedules with manufacturers to ensure timely completion Conduct and organise fit sessions, ensuring fit, construction, and measurement consistency across styles Take and verify accurate product measurements to maintain sizing standards Manufacturer & Vendor Liaison Liaise closely with manufacturers on sampling, revisions, and production requirements Follow up with manufacturers when necessary, including outside of regular working hours, to meet critical timelines Coordinate with RFID vendors to ensure prompt and accurate tagging directly from manufacturers Participate in overseas trips (e.g. China factory visits and shoots) when required to support product development and quality ...
