* Previous management experience, experienced Assistant Store Managers or Store Managers * Strong leadership skills with a passion for coaching and team development * Customer-first mindset with the ability to genuinely engage and build rapport * Proven capability in meeting sales targets, KPIs and operational standards * Organised, confident communicator with a hands-on approach
