Overview The Food & Beverage Manager is a critical, hands‐on leadership role responsible for assisting the Restaurants General Manager in the daily execution and flawless operation of the front‐of‐house service across all Food & Beverage outlets. This role serves as the primary on‐the‐floor manager, ensuring brand standards are met while directly supervising the FOH team to drive operational and financial excellence. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary on‐the‐floor manager for all service periods, personally executing and enforcing the standards for the Signature Restaurant, Lounges, Room Service, and Banquets FOH functions. Ensure seamless service delivery and an elevated guest experience across all venues, acting as the immediate point of contact for service issues.
