1+ years of experience in a similar position Knowledge of computer programs (excel, word, POS system) Ability to host events and functions. Ability to meet deadlines Knowledge of costing and cost control Knowledge of scheduling and human management Able to work on-call, shifts after hours, over weekends Knowledge of bartending and bar management Able to assist in designing two restaurant renovations to maximize efficiency and workflow
