Our client, a leading wedding, events and hospitality estate in Stellenbosch, is seeking an experienced F&B Manager / Culinary Lead to take ownership of the property’s food and beverage operation. This senior leadership role is ideal for a commercially minded hospitality professional with a strong culinary background, exceptional leadership skills, and extensive experience within weddings, events, banqueting, or high‑end hospitality environments.
