F&B Marketing Manager for Conrad Dubai

JOB DESCRIPTION

A Food and Beverage Marketing Manager will develop and implement marketing initiatives for Conrad Dubai, to drive incremental hotel revenue in line with marketing budget. To ensure consistency and high standards of all external and internal communications and to manage, monitor and direct the accuracy and quality of all print material and electronic data reference to both hotels in line with corporate brand guidelines. What will I be doing?

• General Marketing: Develops each hotel’s Marketing Plan and Budget, and owns, manages and executes tactical campaigns to drive incremental revenues in line with budget. Works closely with DBD, GM, FC and Regional Marketing providing regular campaign performance updates.
