Summary Responsible for providing prompt and professional F&B service to hotel & swimming pool guest. Job Responsibilities Perform opening/closing side duties as assigned and set all tables according to standards and procedures. Deliver F&B services in accordance to outlet's standards and procedures. Check on table setting, cleanliness and side station preparation as per work station assigned prior to the start of operation. Pick up and serve F&B orders. Ensure that F&B are served promptly to the guests once they are ready, such that they arrive at the guest's table at the correct temperature. Greet all guests warmly upon arrival at the pool. Apply necessary precaution with regards to the hotel food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP). Try to remember individual guest's names and their preferences to extend personalised service.
