The F&B Service Manager is a strategic headquarters-based role responsible for providing leadership, oversight, and guidance for all Food & Beverage service operations across the fleet. This role ensures service excellence, consistency in guest experience, and alignment with corporate standards. Acting as the primary liaison between shipboard teams and corporate leadership, the Manager of F&B Service drives quality, innovation, compliance, and talent development across all F&B operations. This role reports directly to the Vice President of F&B.
