F&B Service Supervisor – Holiday Inn Kuala Lumpur Bangsar

Your day to day

• Ensuring the Restaurant outlet / Banquet & Conference Rooms are supervised on a daily basis.
• Act as the direct point of contact for all Restaurant outlet / Banquet & Conference Rooms colleagues.
• Perform opening or closing duties when needed.
• Supervise, support, schedule, assign daily work, inform and train colleagues in all Restaurant outlet / Banquet & Conference Rooms activities and operations.
• Monitor, observe, and assist in evaluating colleague performance.
• Support and assist colleagues in handling guest inquiries and requests and in resolving guest complaints.
