Job Description
Workplace Safety & Health Responsibilities - Advise and ensure compliance with all applicable workplace safety and health (WSH) protocols and systems in compliance with legal requirements, incl. WSH Act, Fire Safety Act, Singapore Standards and Codes of Practice
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify hazards and enforce corrective actions that mitigate risks on-site
- Establish, implement and maintain effective WSHE management systems, including trainings, documentation, administration and records
- Support the organization in fulfilling all operational WSH duties to uphold safe manufacturing practices throughout project lifecycles
- Review and verify the proposed method statements for risk assessment and safe working procedures, ensuring proper execution on site
- Monitor changes in relevant legislation and proactively communicate updates to the Site Plant Leadership Team to maintain compliance
