Job Description
- Provide a variety of non‑medical face/body and relaxation treatments customized to clients’ needs and recommend appropriate products and after‑care.
- Perform beautifying tasks such as Aromatherapy, cleansing, eye care facial treatments, collagen and caviar treatments and massage techniques per protocol.
- Offer Knowledge of skin structure to clients and conduct skin analysis to detect any allergies or health issues before performing a specific service.
- Ensure service rooms are fully prepared, stocked before any treatment as well as assist in cleaning and tidiness of the treatment areas.
- Make sure that all equipment and utensils are appropriately sterilized and adhere to health and safety regulations.
- Actively promote and upsell the treatments, services and retail, as well as the newsletter promotions.
