Responsibilities:
Shift Supervisor (three shifts rotation).
Recommend and implement process improvements to maximize productivity, reduce waste, improve quality, reduce costs and provide a safe work environment.
Ability to make timely decisions to maintain production output and be able to quickly analyze situations and provide direction to production staff.
Maintain production and attendance records and keep KPI's on the defined level.
Evaluate and provide timely feedback on employee performance.
Motivate and develop a cohesive production team.
Communicate and enforce company policies for safety, quality, and the environment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in an engineering or technical discipline, minimum.
5+ years of production experience.
