Position Summary

Our company is seeking a Fiber Splicer Manager. This role requires hands-on expertise in fiber splicing and testing, managing cases, and working with loose tube fiber. Candidates must have at least 5 years of fiber splicing experience.



Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Splice fiber cables and build cases (loose tube).


• Perform splice and test using Fujikura & EXFO equipment.


• Manage fiber splicing operations and ensure quality standards.


• Support field operations with provided vehicle, gas card, and tools.


• Travel within Montana as required.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of fiber splicing experience.


• Proficiency with Fujikura & EXFO splice and test equipment.


• Strong technical knowledge of fiber cable builds and case construction.
