Job Summary

The Fiber Technician II is a skilled field technician responsible for installing, terminating, testing, and troubleshooting fiber and copper cabling systems across large commercial and data center construction projects. This role supports the full lifecycle of fiber infrastructure deployment, including pathway installation, telecom closet buildouts, fiber termination, fusion and mechanical splicing, advanced OTDR and Fluke testing, and final system validation. The Fiber Technician II operates across multiple active job sites, ensuring installations meet TIA/EIA standards and project specifications. This position requires extensive travel and hands-on work in physically demanding construction environments, including working at heights, in ceilings, and across large-scale hyperscale and colocation facilities.
