Job Description
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS - Bachelors degree in Agronomy, Soil Science, Agriculture, or a related field
- Minimum of 45 years practical, field-based agronomy experience
- Proven experience working with row crops (maize, wheat, soybeans)
- Strong understanding of soil science and plant nutrition
- Experience interpreting soil and plant tissue analyses and making practical recommendations
- Valid drivers license and willingness to travel extensively
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES REQUIRED - Strong technical agronomic knowledge
- Ability to translate complex data into practical, on-farm recommendations
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Strong organisational and planning ability
