The role reports to the Global Production Quality Lead and supports Onsite OSV, quality issue handling and build relationship customers in Taipei.
What a typical day looks like:
Onsite Verifications for customer RMAs before return to factory, OSV test report/ FA report prepared.Taipei customer factory compliant issue onsite verification and initial failure analysis.Flex and customer site test conditions /tester gap analysis when handling the quality issue.OSV fixture maintains and optimized, SOP and setup at customer side if needed.Customer site sorting /rework etc. support if needed.Following up the Flex product quality status and quality performance in Taipei cus...
