The role primarily acts as a scientific resource for defined disease areas, building and managing engagement with external experts. It is also responsible for developing speakers/advocates for the therapy areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Works under the direction and support of the Vaccines Medical Lead to establish, build and manage relationships with identified external experts (EE), healthcare practitioners (HCP), professional associations, decision makers and other key stakeholders.
• Ensures all Medical Scientific Liaison (MSL) activities are compliant with GSK Code of Conduct, relevant SOPs, SE and external guidelines.
• Effectively communicates disease area and product related new data, tailored towards different specialties of healthcare professionals.
