Job Description

As a field business developer, you will be:


  • Managing your schedule independently and work autonomously on whole Belgium;

  • Developing new partnerships (hunting, open doors, negotiate);

  • Promoting product replacement and upgrade solutions;

  • Leading prospecting efforts and growing the customer portfolio;

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date information in the company's CRM system;

  • Occasionally travelling.






  • You're fluent in Dutch and can communicate in French;

  • You created yourself a network in HVAC or already did Sales with heating technicians;

  • You're flexible to travel across Belgium for your role - Mainly Flanders and potentially Wallonia;

  • You're a true Sales person: hands-on, proactive, social, autonomous, proactive, passionate, team-oriented - rigorous for admin
