Excis is a global IT support leader driven by innovation and collaboration. We are looking for a proactive IT Field Engineer (Desktop Support) to provide critical on-site and remote technical support, manage hardware and software issues, and ensure seamless IT operations for our client in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day local and remote desktop support, receiving inbound calls and troubleshooting issues documented in a ticketing system.
• Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot Windows OS (7, 8.1, 10), Microsoft Office, authorized applications, printers and computer hardware.
• Perform preventative maintenance and remedial repairs on desktops, laptops, printers and authorized peripheral equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve problems associated with network connectivity and workstation hardware/software using diagnostic tools.
