Responsibilities
. Experience and ability to manage electrical and instrumentation engineering projects with knowledge of how to establish estimates for Variation Order/Change Order works. . Managing, allocating resources and ensuring completion of E&I work orders. . Leading the electricians and instrument technicians in finding and executing solutions to E&I problems on site. . Planning and organization E&I project work, including plant shutdowns/ Turnaround (TAR) works. . Able to have understanding the control system architecture and software sufficient to find and modify elements. . Communicating with Project Engineer / QC engineer to validate and document all changes and highlight Project Manager for changes that shall involve additional work. . Nominating and training Instrument/ Electrical Technician capable of doing works well. . Set out detailed works as per the contract drawings, ensuring checks are carried out on a regular basis. .
