Field Engineer
Job Description
This Field Engineer role supports active construction projects by closely partnering with the Sr Superintendent and Project Manager to monitor daily progress, coordinate with subcontractors, and document site activities. The position focuses heavily on field presence, walking the project site, observing work, and translating those observations into clear, accurate reports that help keep interior renovation and multifamily base build projects on schedule and aligned with plans.
Responsibilities

+ Work closely with the Sr Superintendent on project sites to support day-to-day field operations.

+ Spend the majority of the day walking the project site to observe work in progress, verify activities, and identify potential issues.

+ Communicate regularly with subcontractors on site to understand status, clarify expectations, and track progress against plans.
