What You Will Do

You’ll own field marketing across one of Lighthouse’s most diverse and high‑potential regions. Events are our top revenue‑driving channel – you’ll plan, execute, and own the outcomes. You carry the marketing plan for the region, make the calls, and are accountable to pipeline outcomes.

You’ll play a key role in driving marketing across APAC, working directly with regional sales leadership, making decisions independently, and communicating with senior stakeholders across the business. This role has real weight and visibility. APAC is not one market – it’s many; cultural understanding, strong local relationships, and the ability to adapt market‑by‑market are as important as your marketing toolkit.
