Field Marketing Manager - German speaker (m/f/d)
Based in our office in Madrid, this role focuses on regional marketing activities across Switzerland, Germany, and other European markets.
Responsibilities
- Drive demand‑generation and lead‑nurturing activities that support our sales and business objectives in the region, aligned with regional revenue targets and global strategy.
- Create the GTM plans for the regions you are responsible for, encompassing the strategy, the goals and objectives, the channel mix and the expected lead count and value.
- Collaborate closely with the regional sales team to ensure marketing efforts contribute effectively to pipeline goals.
- Plan, manage and optimize the use of all relevant channels, from trade shows, webinars, and partner initiatives to digital initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with strategic partners across Germany and Switzerland identifying joint GTMs.
