This position is essential in strengthening field supervision, enhancing biker performance, reducing customer complaints, and ensuring adherence to operational standards. The Field Monitor will conduct direct site visits, evaluate real-time performance, document findings, and collaborate closely with internal teams to drive continuous improvement in service quality and customer experience.
