Overview This position will have responsibility for providing process support and installation of new plasma etch / clean / deposition systems at customer sites. This includes design, evaluation and documentation of process window for new installations or Lam recommended field hardware modifications / upgrades.
Responsibilities - Work closely with Account team and customers to understand customer technology roadmaps, process flow, inflection points, requirements and business issues / challenges. Identify areas where Lam is able to value-add.
- Work with Account team and customers to execute to penetration and defense strategy, including co-ordinating with Global Product Group on product demonstration
- Perform startup of “capacity add” Lam systems i.e. match results to existing systems and applications
