Job Description

Responsible for: Agent Recruitment Agent Development Meet Business targets Customer Centricity Deliver sales targets and ensure adherence to the Mandated Sales Process: Prepare monthly and annual action plans to achieve his/her goals Ensuring adherence by PFAs to the Sales process as mandated by the company Motivating and ensuring Revenue targets (as may be set from time to time) for the PFA are achieved Measurement and tracking of relevant metrics for PFAs Ensure that R&R schemes are communicated to understood by the PFAs in the team and used effectively to motivate and help the team perform Work towards achieving the target sales and product mix from the team of PFAs Track customer proposals through to conversion Requirements Age 24-38 years Graduate(10+2+3) Presently working 2 years of field sales experience Staying in the same city for more than 2 years Good stability. Should be from a structured organization with proper documents & salary proof.
