Responsibilities

Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow revenue and market share within the assigned territory. Identify and pursue new business opportunities with retailers, wholesalers, restaurants, and food service providers. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction. Conduct regular customer visits, provide product knowledge, and offer tailored solutions based on customer needs. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth. Collaborate with internal teams, including logistics and operations, to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products. Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). Provide accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management.
