Key Responsibilities
1. Training Program Development
- Design engaging and impactful training programs to improve Beauty Advisors’ (BAs) product knowledge, selling techniques, and customer service skills tailored to local market needs.
- Ensure consistent delivery of training materials and standards across multiple beauty brands and sales channels.
- Develop interactive learning methods, including presentations, product demonstrations, quizzes, and coaching activities.
2. On-Site Training & Workshop Delivery
- Conduct in-person training sessions, workshops, role-plays, and product demonstrations to strengthen brand understanding and customer engagement.
- Travel within assigned areas to provide hands-on coaching and field support for Beauty Advisors.
- Monitor training participation and ensure learning objectives are effectively achieved.
