Field Service Engineer

Job Summary
- Installation and commissioning of all types of equipment in the SANOVO TECHNOLOGY GROUP (STG) product range.
- On‑site emergency service, troubleshooting and repair of STG equipment.
- Scheduling and execution of planned maintenance of STG equipment.
- Training of the customer’s operation staff in operating the equipment.
- Training of the customer’s technical staff in maintenance and repair.
- Ensuring documentation (reports and as‑built) of executed installations and service work.
- Supervision of 3’rd party installation crews as per agreement (depending on project scope).
- Occasionally prepare equipment for and participate in trade shows and exhibitions representing STG.
- Assist STG sales colleagues with technical details or practical arrangements as per agreement.
