Key Responsibilities

• Support the installation, setup, testing, and commissioning of N2purge-related equipment at customer semiconductor fabrication facilities, ensuring systems are installed according to technical specifications and operational requirements.

• Perform troubleshooting, diagnostics, and preventive maintenance on equipment to ensureoptimalperformance, reliability, and minimal downtime.

• Provide on-site technical support and guidance to customers, ensuring proper usage, operation, and safety practices when handling equipment.

• Maintain close communication with end users and customer representatives to address operational concerns and ensure all equipment-related matters are resolved promptly.

• Ensure all service activities are carried outin accordance withestablished company procedures, industry standards, and quality guidelines.
