Job Description
Responsibilities - Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair equipment at customer sites.
- Provide technical support and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Perform preventive maintenance and document service activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures.
- Support on-site activities in cleanroom environments when required.
Requirements - Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics Engineering, or related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of field service, maintenance, or technical support experience.
- Basic PCB or software knowledge are welcome to apply.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working independently at customer sites.
- Willing to work shifts, travel, and support on-call assignments when required.
