Job Description
Responsibilities - Set up and commission new machine installations at customer’s side
- Provide technical feedback and failure analysis to R&D Dept
- To monitor and track major projects and perform technical presentations to customers if necessary
- Able to answer technical question and provide recommendations or solutions for application of machines at customers’ sites
- Monitor machine performance regularly and perform data mining and analysis to provide recommendations for improvement
- Understand customer requirements and able to perform data mining and analysis to provide recommendations for improvement
- Works on problems of diverse scope where data analysis is required evaluation of identifiable factors
- Requires working closely with R&D team and Application team for complex issue investigation and solution implementation
