Job Description
Field Service Engineer Job Summary - Maintain and troubleshoot hardware and infrastructure supporting a mission‑critical Command & Control (C2) system.
- Provide system maintenance and support to ensure high levels of reliability, availability, performance, and security.
- Work as part of a dedicated engineering team supporting critical operational environments.
Key Responsibilities Warranty Administration - Maintain accurate warranty records for installed hardware.
- Assist in warranty claim administration and coordination with vendors/subcontractors.
