* Worked on Dispatcher Console & Gantt view
* Strong in Apex (Triggers, Classes, Batch, Queueable)
* Good knowledge of SOQL & SOSL
* Proficient in Salesforce Flows (Record-Triggered, Screen, Scheduled)
* Experience migrating Process Builder to Flows
* Experience in FSL Managed Package configuration
* Hands-on with FSL Mobile App configuration & support
* Experience with REST / SOAP API integrations
* Good understanding of Service Cloud data model
* Knowledge of Sharing & Security (Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets)
