Field Service & Technical Operations

+ Performs pneumatic pipe installation as assigned

+ Completes maintenance, repair, and/or service work for all assigned jobs within assigned area(s) of expertise

+ Troubleshoots technical problems and identifies and implements effective solutions

Product Knowledge & Customer Service

+ Maintains comprehensive knowledge of available products, offerings, and services

+ Identifies and recommends products and/or value-added services to customers to support their needs and maximize the Exotic Advantage
