Field Service Technician Status: Non-Exempt (hourly) Department: Field Service The Field Service Technician will support our fuel cell products currently installed in electric lift trucks, performing preventative maintenance and resolving breakdowns. The role includes installation, servicing, parts ordering, and reporting of fuel cell systems at specific customer locations. The position requires excellent technical skills as well as strong communication, interpersonal, and motivational abilities. Core Duties and Responsibilities Maintenance and service of fuel cells at customer sites. Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, and evaluations to maintain the fleet. Perform specialized service procedures, including field retrofits and software and hardware upgrades to existing fuel cells. Provide on-call and emergency support service to customers as required.
