Field Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Install and configure copiers, printers at client’s location and ensuring all equipment is setup properly
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on copiers and printers.
• Provide technical support to users, offering guidance on how to operate the equipment effectively and efficiently.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels of parts and supplies
• Document work performed on equipment.
• Providing excellent customer service. Communicating effectively with clients to address their concerns and ensuring the satisfaction of the services provided.

Qualifications

• Mechanical ability to troubleshoot to fix equipment
• Ability to stay abreast of new technology and advise/recommend on the best possible solutions to meet customer needs
