SUMMARY:
We are looking for a Field Service Technician to provide technical, service and aftermarket- customer support during field service activities on various types of compressors, fans, centrifugal, roots type blowers and turbines. Diagnosing machinery, process and operating problems on rotating machinery and auxiliary equipment. The position will be based in Sasolburg. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Trade test certificate in Fitting or National Higher Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• Refrigeration experience and a formal license/ trade test certificate.
• A minimum of 6 years of related experience in the rotating equipment field.
• A high level of analytical ability is required to find solutions to technical problems, both mechanical and electrical
• Proficiency in problem solving, process analysis, and the capacity to troubleshoot.
