Overview

Hire Resolve is currently seeking a skilled Field Services Engineer on behalf of our esteemed client, a leading data centre and storage specialist as well as a systems integrator. This role is crucial in providing 1st and 2nd line support, as well as the installation of network switches, routers, hosted IP telephony systems, and other CPE equipment at customer sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and support of various customer equipment, along with NID devices. Additionally, the role involves racking and stacking equipment in the VB points of presence (POPs).
