Your main duties will include: • Servicing, calibrating and repairing electronic gas detection equipment to the relevant standards. • Ensure all serviced products are tested and left fully operational and – demonstrated to the site responsible person (recorded as such on-service paperwork). • Support other team members on jobs that require multiple engineers. • Provide customer ‘user training’ when required – once experienced. • Work closely with the Service Admin team making sure jobs are scheduled efficiently and meeting customers’ requirements. • Ensure service reports are completed accurately and submit them for processing on time. • Complet...
