Reporting to the Northern Operations Manager, you will supervise 7–10 operations, ensuring high standards of safety and efficiency. Essential responsibilities include scheduling crew rotations, conducting inspections, and performing on-the-job training. You'll serve as the vital link between rig crews, clients, and internal teams, compiling reports and improving operational processes.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
