We are seeking an **IT Field Technician** to provide onsite technical support for a national home improvement retail client. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on IT work, troubleshooting, and working in a fast-paced field environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Provide onsite support for IT equipment including POS systems, desktops, printers, thin clients, access points, and network devices
+ Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
+ Perform installations, upgrades, and break/fix support
+ Support copper and fiber cabling, including basic terminations
+ Document all work, updates, and resolutions in ticketing systems
+ Travel daily within a 125+ mile radius (route-based travel)
+ Work with remote teams to resolve escalated technical issues
+ Occasionally work at heights (20–25 feet) and lift up to 25 lbs
