Field Territory Leader serves as the bridge between the strategic production goals and ground-level execution. The role is responsible in ensuring that seed production targets are met with precision, integrity, and safety.
The role includes scouting and organizing seed grower contracts to secure the target hectarage requirement in the assigned territory. The role works with growers, local government units and field service providers in the execution of production schedules, quality controls and safety procedures.
The Field Territory Leader also serves as the subject matter expert for implementing sound agronomic practices to maximize yield potential, maintain the highest quality standards, and promote adoption of the company’s Package of Technology within seed‑growing communities.
