Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Manage internet banking platforms to ensure timely and accurate execution of payments, receipts, and account monitoring.Maintain payment workflows, including verification, approval routing, and compliance with company internal controls.Handle large-value transactions and ensure proper authorization and bank coordination.Monitor daily bank balances and reconcile cash positions across all bank accounts.Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow forecasts to ensure sufficient liquidity for operational and capital requirements.Analyze cash inflows and outflows, identify variances, and provide recommendations for optimal cash management.Coordinate with internal departments (Procurement, AP, AR, Operations) to gather data related to projected cash needs.Manage foreign exchange (FX) transactions, including spot, forward, and hedging (if applicable), ensuring best rates and m...
