Job Description

  • 3 months contract
  • Working Days: 2 days per week
  • Working Timing: 9am – 6pm (1 hr lunch break)
  • Working Location: Central Area (Near Telok Ayer / Tanjong Pagar / Maxwell / Raffles Place / Shenton Way MRT)

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Handling documentation (hardcopy & softcopy)
  • Arranging and organising documents
  • Checking and verifying information
  • Data entry duties
  • Providing backup support when support staff are on leave
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirement:

  • Minimum O-Level or equivalent
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office
  • Prior office administration experience is required
