Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Provide support for finance and related administrative functions within the Finance department.
  • Liaise with learners and companies through phone calls and emails in relation to outstanding invoices or other matters.
  • Maintain accurate communication records using Microsoft Excel and prepare documents using Microsoft Word.
  • Communicate and work with internal colleagues through email, phone calls or meetings.
  • Schedule meetings to review work progress with Finance colleagues.
Requirements
  • Minimum O’ level qualification
  • Experience in office environment or customer service-related work preferred
  • Meticulous and customer service-oriented
