Position Summary The Finance Administrative Assistant provides administrative and operational support to the Accounting and Finance team, serving as a key resource for billing-related activities, document management, vendor communications, and interdepartmental coordination. This role assists with revenue cycle management (RCM) workflows, invoice processing, customer refunds, and financial record maintenance while ensuring accuracy, organization, and timely follow-through
