- Process vendor payments in a timely and accurate manner.
- Perform variance analysis and prepare financial reconciliations.
- Digitize financial documents and records, including scanning, organizing, and maintaining an efficient filing system.
- Handle ad hoc tasks related to finance and administrative operations as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any business-related course with 2–3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Familiar with document management tools and digitalization processes.
